Conference participants are asked to contact the travel agency directly to book a hotel room and travel from the airport. Suggested hotels with relevant information are below, as well as airport transfer information.

Terms and Conditions:

• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast and all taxes
• Check in and checkout time is 12 Noon
• Rooms will be allocated on first come first serve basis

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• 90 days before the check-in date, there shall be no retention levied by the hotel.
• 45 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of one night deposit inclusive of taxes.
• 30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night deposit inclusive of taxes as retention.
• Individual rooms less than 7 days before check-in date or incase of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the individual 100% retention for the entire booking period.

One way airport transfers

Participants have the option of hiring a taxi upon arrival at the Delhi airport, or can reserve and prepay their airport transfer in advance with the travel agency. For the first option, participants will hire a taxi upon arrival, making sure to hire a taxi inside the airport as this is where the official taxi companies are located.

The second option requires participants to contact the travel agency (contact information above) and reserve their airport transfer. Below are the various options and payment methods that are available to participants, and which will be handled by the agency upon contacting them.
