Our staff can enter in Inscript the information collected
during your promotional tours or from interest questionnaires
collected during your travels. This provides a database
to target registration form, program, abstract, or thank
you letter mailings.
Registration before and
during the event
The information collected on registration forms is
entered in a single database. Attendees then receive
notice of receipt, confirmation of registration, or
an invoice. This service can also include the operation
of a call center, where attendees can obtain full details
about your event.
A registration counter will be set up on site and
run by our team. Attendees can register or pay their
remaining balance at any time.
Online registration

registration forms.
Attendees can access online forms any time, anywhere,
and in all official languages of the event from a hyperlink
on the website of your choice. This lets them enter
the required information themselves.
Attendees will receive notice of receipt and confirmation

deal with more than two hotels. This service makes
it easier for your attendees to find a room and make
reservations.
The housing bureau manages negotiated room blocks
at hotels, serves as an intermediary* between hotels
and attendees, answers attendees’ questions,
and follows up on special requests.
* We do not handle room payment.
